  • Q: Can I enroll while I'm in my physician’s office?

    A: Yes. It's easy and your discount will apply right away.

  • Q: How does my provider know I'm a member?

    A: You can confirm your membership using your phone, or print your membership card.

  • Q: What if I don't enroll and just say I'm a member?

    A: Come on, why not enroll? It's free and by enrolling you will help us to add even more services for your benefit.

  • Q: How are fees determined?

    A: Most fees are based upon the lowest accepted managed care rates.

  • Q: Is this charity care?

    A: No. This is excellent care provided at the best possible cost.

  • Q: Can I go to any physician?

    A: Only the iCard participating physicians have committed to the best possible prices for our members.

  • Q: What if I need a specialist?

    A: Participating specialists have different fees. But they have all agreed to charge our iCard members the lowest possible rates.

  • Q: Can I use my iCard for MRIs, CT scans, physical therapy, chiropractic, or dentists?

    A: Yes. We are adding more services all the time.

  • Q: Can I use my iCard membership for another member of my family?

    A: Yes, but we encourage you to enroll each family member separately. The more members the more services we can add to serve you.

  • Q: Can I use my iCard with my insurance?

    A: The iCard is intended for patients who are uninsured or who choose a physician out of their insurance network. If your physician has a contract with your insurance network, that physician is required to adhere to the insurance fee schedule and your iCard cannot be used.

  • Q: Should I enroll even if I have insurance?

    A: Yes. The iCard can be useful for many different services that are not covered by your insurance.

  • Q: What if my insurance changes, and my doctor does not participate in my plan?

    A: The iCard will allow you to continue to receive affordable healthcare from your personal physician even if they are not contracted with your insurance.

  • Q: What's the catch?

    A: No catch. No membership fee. No obligation. No one will bother you. Our goal is to enhance access to healthcare, preserve patient relationships regardless of insurance, and to protect independent healthcare choices.
